Dr. Patel & Leanne were absolutely amazing with our 7 year old son. Our son needed vision therapy so we had the honour of getting 2 appointments with Dr. Patel within a 4 month period and 15 therapy sessions with Leanne. They were respectful, flexible, super understanding, and extremely articulate at breaking down and explaining all of the different tests my son had to do with them regarding the eye equipment testing and the therapy sessions and what each and every result meant. Dr. Patel & Leanne took the time to check in with my son to see how he was handling each and every appointment/session and if he needed any breaks. Dr. Patel & Leanne were super patient and kind and had thorough conversations with both my husband and I during our visits. They both made every appointment/session super fun and very relaxing for our son. The care and love that both Dr. Patel & Leanne have for their clinic and patients shines through the passion they both put into making sure they were checking everything to the fullest. They talked to our son directly instead of asking us questions and having us answer which is extremely important to us.
